Prior to law school,
Todd worked as a database designer for a technology start-up
company. He continues to write custom software for personal
and business use, including much of the software used by the firm
for paperless document management, SQL database integration,
sophisticated estate planning, tax calculations, and the
administration and management of large and complex estates.
In his spare time
(when he is not offshore fishing or following his daughter's sports
activities), Todd supports or hosts the following sites:
maps.thethurlows.com
A YouTube playlist containing digital overlays of historical aerial
photography and maps to illustrate the changes to local waterways,
inlets, lakes and swamps of Florida. Movies are also found on his
mother's local history web site,
www.sandrathurlow.com.
jacquithurlowlippich.com
"Indian River Lagoon", a blog hosted by his sister, Jacqui
Thurlow-Lippisch, which educates the public on the health, politics
and history of the local waterways of the Indian River Lagoon
region.
eyeonlakeo.com
A website hosted by Thurlow & Thurlow, P.A., which leverages Todd's
computer background to automate the collection of satellite imagery
and query online government data to track algae blooms and the
health and status of discharges into the local St. Lucie River.
